Islamophobic Remarks :

Sydney psychiatrist Dr. Doron Samuell commented on X, saying, “It makes sense that there have been so many ‘press’ deaths in Gaza.”

Additionally, he denied the existence of anti-Arab and anti-Muslim haters in a tweet.

Bio :

Dr. Doron Samuell is the chief medical advisor of Clanwilliam Health and the managing director of Behaviour, both of which are based in Sydney. Additionally, he is a member of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists’ Board Evaluation Steering Group. He is the Chief Investigator of the Australian Insured Lives CRC Initiative and a board member of Industry Innovation and Science Australia. He obtained an MSc in Behavioural Economics from LSE in 2017 and a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Sydney Business School in 2023. In 1988, he graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Western Australia.
